 In another two weeks time, I'll be the Maid of horror honor for my Uncle's wedding reception. I've been blatantly staring at the dress I would be donning on that day. 

Laces are not quite my forte but I can't demand for something to my liking as it is not my wedding. Oh well. Beggars can't be choosers.

I spent my last few minutes of April accompanying Iman on the phone while he was at work for a scheduled UVT, the deployment aftermath. I will spare you all the details because I’m not going to bore you with my fiancé’s job. But I am so proud of him, in matter of minutes he told me “Good so far no issues.”Alhamdulilah, He doesn’t have to stay at the office in the witching hours, I thought. Phew!

Anyway, my 9 months to the Solemnization check list:

• Kursus Kahwin: Completed, we went for the course way before he officially proposed.
• HIV Test: To be done Earliest in November.
• Solemnization Permission Registration: To be completed in November.

• Makeup Artist: still scouting for the ONE.

• Photographer: Contacted, yet to book.
• Videographer:  Undecided.
• Wedding Ring: Searching
•  Material search for attires (both mine & Iman’s) : Nothing yet.
• Accesories: Nothing Yet.
• Veil/Hijab: Nothing Yet.
• shoes: Yellow Chuck Taylor's ... I wish! Nothing Yet.

• Hand Bouquet: Undecided.

• Hantaran: Undecided.

• Hantaran Trays: Loan from either Nena Mon or Aunt.

While everyone is fussing about the royal wedding, I have my own wedding to fuss about. Alhamdulilah, I've booked my dream wedding venue, at approximately 4 hours ago. Had a meeting with the representative of ******* *****, Abg J and his lovely wife kak I (names would not be disclose until further notice). 

So much excitement to express, Abg J and wife laughed at me as we walked out of the venue and I practically shrieked in excitement. Insya'Allah all will be smooth sailing. ameen. 

now, material search and wedding ring hunt begins!

I love the cinematography but not in favor of the storyline but they're happily married so god bless them. But I would hire CST Production without a doubt :)
