Spaghetti with shrimp, arugula and sweet basil.


My love for Italian food is what got me cooking in the first place (okay, that's a lie, I learned to cook to impress Iman :p. I only started cooking (enthusiastically) two years ago, while I was in Melbourne.It was our anniversary and I wanted to make Iman a special meal, rather than eat out like our usual anniversaries, so I surprised him with a candlelight dinner, pan fried salmon smothered with Cilantro & lemon and baked potato salad (oh boy, did I impressed him alright! the downside is I have to kick it up a notch once we're hand-fasted! he-he, I kid, I kid!).
